Pompano Beach Cultural Center proudly  presents the fourth and final Bell’ Arte concert of the 2022 -2023 season. Considered to be the greatest living woman violinist and a peer to the great Itzhak Perlman and Joshua Bell, Rachel Barton Pine performance celebrates Women’s History Month.
